Free Running Groups in London: 2026 Schedule & Guide

Every day of the week, somewhere in London, there's a free group run happening — you just need to know where and when. We've pulled every run we can verify into one schedule, organised by day and time with meeting points, postcodes and a link to each group's page, so you only need to visit a source if the slot suits. No memberships, no fees and in most cases no sign-up: just turn up and run.

Last verified August 2026 — schedules move around, especially in winter, so double-check the source link before you travel.

Groups that move around

A few excellent free groups and shop runs don't keep a fixed public schedule, so check their pages for this week's plan:

  • lululemon Regent Street — the European flagship hosts community run sessions; check in-store or on their events pages for current times.
  • Nike Run Club — NRC sessions run from NikeTown Oxford Circus and other locations via the NRC app.
  • Midnight Runners — their signature Bootcamp Run (music, exercise stops, 8–10k) plus track sessions and long runs; all events are posted on the Heylo app.
  • Asian Run Club — social runs celebrating London's Asian running community, often starting from Old Spitalfields Market and paired with food events (their Dumpling Shack link-up is a highlight). Runs are announced on Instagram.
  • Bodo Nado Run Club — "bodo" is Farsi for "run": a London Sunday run club built around the Iranian community, open to all. Community through movement; weekly details on Instagram.
  • Sexy Pace Run Crew — social-pace runs where nobody's chasing a PB. Organised through Instagram.
  • Adidas Runners London — free coached sessions across the city via the adidas Running app.

A few tips before you go

  • Confirm before you travel — days, times and meeting points change, especially in winter
  • Most groups genuinely welcome all paces, but read their pace guidance so you know what to expect
  • For evening runs, bring a layer for afterwards — the London cool-down is real
  • parkrun needs a barcode; almost everything else just needs you to turn up
